Chris's real estate background spans over 20 years with stints in mortgage origination, residential real estate appraisal, investment property ownership and management, short term rentals, renovations, brokerage leadership, and brokerage sales.
A licensed real estate agent in Kentucky since 2005, Chris has consistently sold dozens of properties each year on both the listing and buying sides.  He has navigated markets that are plentiful and some that have been quite challenging, and no matter what market we find ourselves in, communication is key.
Chris believes his job is to provide the very best strategic real estate representation available to Buyers and Sellers.  This means staying up to date on laws and ordinances, participating and leading cutting edge training events, and always thinking strategically about how he can give his clients the best service in order to position them for success within whatever market we are experiencing.
Lastly, Chris enjoys the process of selling real estate.  Every deal is a little different, and emotions can be high.  It's not every day that someone buys or sells their house, so the responsibility falls on him to provide levelheaded perspective so that his clients can make the most informed decisions while not losing sleep over the highs and lows of buying and selling.
